The operation of machines and systems requires a set of technical system services, which can be furnished today only conditionally due to transparency lacking of the process situations and flexibility lacking of the order processing by external service industries. A higher degree of the division of labor with external service industries requires a model for the holistic development of cooperation between workgroups for technical plant services.
